I’m a nobody as far as writers go, but with the assault on our freedoms that is taking place, I feel it’s my duty to exercise my first amendment freedom every chance I get. Anyone else out there who has an audience, big or small- it’s your duty, as well.

Ron DeSantis. I’m going to talk about Ron DeSantis. No, I’m not going to register with anyone saying I’m going to talk about him. He is a disgusting, vile human being. That is my opinion.

“But he didn’t draft that bill,” you might be saying.

Yup, you’re right, he didn’t. But is he denouncing it? Is he making a laughingstock out of the man who did write that bill?

Crickets…

What are you so afraid of, Ronny?

Ron DeSpicable. DeScaredey Ron. I feel so bad for his children, I hope they are able to escape the small, fearful lives their father is setting them up for. Oh, sure, they will have money and will probably not want for any material thing. But wow, the stress and strain and anxiety must be awful. What must it be like to be afraid all the time? Fearful of other people who aren’t like you, fearful of words in books that you don’t like, fearful of the agnosticism of life?

Shush, we shouldn’t be talking like that. It’s not appropriate. (Is it snowing out? Again?)
