Welcome to finally accepting what lots of atheists (and scientists) already ascribe to… the world of “I don’t know”.
Sure, we atheists have to answer the big questions- but I’m so glad we don’t have the cognitive dissonance that results from believing in the supernatural. The church/God believers’ answers to big questions are woefully inadequate and not only that — have been actively harmful for so many people.
So, now that you’ve come to the “I don’t know” answer, what remains of your comfort with your god belief? I’ve heard plenty of believers say they believe bc it gives them comfort… what are they to do when you take that comfort away?
Why believe in any kind of god then? This god serves no purpose and leaves 'his’ believers worse off then if they believed in no gods at all.
